How much water can I get at a time?
Our truck has a maximum capacity of 11,000 litres and the trailer can carry 19,000 litres. We have a minumum of a truckload (11,000 litres) however to keep your transport costs low, we recommend talking with your neighbours to see if they need water at the same time and splitting the delivery fee.
What access do you require?
That is a great question! We need to be able to get our truck as close to your tank or swimming pool as possible. We do have hoses and a ladder so up to about 30 meters distance and the ability to get to the top of the tank is a must.
If you are getting a truck and trailer load, we need to have somewhere to turn around or we will disconnect and park the trailer in a safe place so we can ferry the water to you with the truck only. There is an extra cost as this does take considerably more time.
I have an emergency, we have run out of water and we need it ASAP. Can you Help?
We come from a farm ourselves and understand completely how that happens - we even had a dead possum in our tank once and didn't know till the water started smelling gross. Short answer is yep, we will do whatever we can to accommodate you in your time of need.
